As far as storage units go, this one is as good as any and then some. There is a generous grace period on your rent payment and you can't beat a free moving truck at move-in! The only thing I wish I could change is the access hours. You cannot enter after 7:45pm which can be problematic at times, but they open early at 6am, so that's something. The staff has always been friendly and I love the ease of dropping off my payment and getting a receipt by email. I would definitely recommend Joiner Parkway Self Storage. I have had a unit there for three years.

This place advertised one price on the internet and then tried to charge us a higher price the same day when we went there to rent a storage unit. When we pointed out the discrepancy, they were very rude and unprofessional and would not give us the advertised price. Do not reward this illegal and offensive behavior by giving your business to these scumbags. The units themselves were also very dirty and poorly maintained. We found a superior alternative nearby with a much lower price (the same as advertised!), and we're glad we ended up going with another storage place.

I helped move a family member in and out of this storage facility within 2 months only to find out that every box had mouse droppings and urine spots on everything they owned. While moving two of their boxes I was confronted by mice making their escape from the boxes I was moving. A real eye opening experience. I don't enjoy giving bad reviews but the rampant pest problem needs to be addressed before somebody gets sick or hurt.

This place is absolutely horrible! All of my belongings had been stored here for the past 3 years. When i returned to empty my unit i found that everything i had, had been destroyed by mice! Everything, and i mean EVERYTHING was covered in mice urin and feces, along with the holes they had eaten through my couches and boxes. If you want to store your stuff and know that it is going to be in the same condition that it was when you left it, this place is not the place you want to use. Avoid at all costs!
