In an effort to run a business and keep prices
low , I needed storage(dust free) to house equipment.
I was fortunate to rent the climate control storage room , large size (might I add at a very reasonable price) therefore I rented two. It allows me the access I need to frequently
Make visits throughout the day as well as on the weekends . I always feel safe with the
Security cameras monitoring . Great decision
Until I grow out of the space and move on . Thank you Store America, particularly Joanne.

JoAnne in the office was very helpful. I let her know of my move date and who the moving company was and they arrived a little before me and she let them in the gate with the truck and directed them to my unit. the guys knew what items were going in the unit and they were unloading when I got there. The unit was clean and ready for my items. Store America was having a promotion and I received the first month free which made me very happy. I would highly recommend Store America for your storage needs.

This company was horrible to deal with. I had 4 units and my stuff there for over a year. They refused to work with me on anything. For the first few months it was good then they changed management/employees and it was the worst. Multiple people I know are extremely displeased with their actions and how they treat people. They are disrespectful and rude. They will deny all of their actions but I have multiple emails from them proving otherwise. I would never recommend this company.
