Weve had a great experience so far with All Storage (Walsh Ranch/Aledo). The manager, Jessica, has been very helpful and accommodating. The facility is well maintained and easy to access off the freeway. We feel our belongings are in a safe place!

Some of the best customer service I have ever received. Jessica's knowledge and assistance through the entire process was awesome. Rates were very affordable compared to other locations in the Aledo area. Location is very secure, clean, and everything was in perfect working condition. Personally, I was very impressed and would highly recommend this location.

Everyone is so helpful. We have had a storage u it here for a year and half. Just recently we had to get a second storage unit since we had to evacuate from Louisana due to hurricane. It was easy and fast to get the second one set up. Clean units, easy access.

Love it you get to drive in and park and dont have to be out in the weather and my husband and i have been getting rid of stuff so we down sized from a 10 x 20 to a 10 x 15 they were awsome helping making that transition

Ive had my unit at all storage in Aledo for about 3 years now. Every time I have called the staff has been so helpful and kind. The prices are not high, and the place is always clean. I cleaned out my storage one time and cancelled my contract, because I thought I wouldnt need it, the next day I had called because I needed to get unit and the staff put me right back in my same unit! Like I never left! It was amazing! Ill definitely keep using this place as long as I need a place to safely keep my belongings. All storage deserves more then 5 stars for their staff alone! Thanks guys your amazing!

Top notch experience! Joan was so helpful and professional, she took care of all my storage needs with ease. This is a first class facility, it's clean, safe, highly automated, and most of all SECURE. They take great precaution against the virus, I've personally seen the staff periodically sanitizing frequent touch areas. Joan was such a great help, I had trouble with renting from another outfit, but she assuaged my fears and welcomed me into their facility with ease. She really made the process seamless, and I got the exact price that I found online with a reservation service. No hidden costs.

I usually do not write reviews however I need to call out Jessica for all her help and professionalism. She was patient enough to work with me through all the hassles of the moving company. This storage place is very clean, Jessica is very helpful, professional and so very nice! I could not have asked for a better person to help me!!! 5 stars and if there were 100 stars she would get all of them!!! Thank you All Storage....Especially Jessica!!!

All Storage Aledo is great! So accommodating and easy to work with. I needed a second unit and wanted it near my existing unit. Jessica was so helpful, got me another unit right around the corner. I would highly recommend All Storage Aledo!

I called and set up a floating reservation with Jessica, so simple! Then, when we were ready, I completed it online. The facility is super clean, the manager very welcoming and even accommodated our request to swap units. Highly recommend!!!

The facility and units are very clean! Inside is cool and has music playing which is a very nice touch. We were assisted by Jessica who was very patient, informative, and professional. Also, by far this All Storage has the best priced unit for the size we needed.

Even with everything going on with COVID Jessica (I believe that was her name) was extremely helpful in picking out the right size unit and granting me access so I could look at the unit itself on a self guided tour. Ive had three storage units with All Storage Aledo and each experience has been outstanding. Sign up, close out, down size - each transaction couldnt have been easier. Ive encountered 3-4 team members on site and they are always positive and helpful. The site itself is immaculate!! Security and safety top notch. Jessica was especially helpful when I asked about location options for my units relative to the elevators, ease of access and configuration. Who knew there were so many options? (Jessica does and her help is invaluable!).

Great place to store your items. Able to walk in and meet with the friendly manager to get the climate controlled unit in the size we needed at a great price. Getting to the unit is like a little adventure: getting in the gate, going into the building, then riding the elevator to the right floor. Carts are provided if you have big or lots of items. Place feels quite secure and very clean.

I was very happy with my time at Aledo All Storage. The staff was knowledgeable and courteous. The unit was more than enough for my needs. Very clean all around, both the office and storage units. Billing was straight forward and I had access to my stored items anytime I needed them. I would highly recommend and definitely will be back should I have future storage needs.

I've stored several items at All Storage Aledo for over a year, i.e., since they first opened. From the start, the employees have always been extremely helpful and wonderfully friendly. The facility is well maintained and temperatures have always been consistant. I've personally seen the team members making rounds on the floors to ensure cleanliness. I've stored items at other facilities in the past, but this place is the best. Convenient, clean, secure and plenty of size options. I recently upgraded to a larger unit because the price point was really good. I would highly recommend.

Everything is going so well! I had trouble getting my movers to beat traffic on time for the White Settlement facility and luckily was accommodated to this location. Jessica and Joan and Megan have been extremely patient, knowledgeable about this entire endeavor. It started as a complete nightmare, September 2019. I would recommend this facility to anyone. Jessica and all the associates at this facility go above and beyond to make it a flawless, friendly experience. I needed to rent a unit in Texas for items from my mom's house while actually living in Minnesota. I was able to authorize my mom to help long distance with the process and when I flew down to move everything in it was all set and good to go. Definitely gave me peace of mind during an otherwise busy time and I'll always be grateful for that!

Weve had such a positive experience with All Storage in Aledo! Jessica walked me through everything step-by-step to make sure the rental process was complete and I had my gate code, along with necessary moving supplies, before ending our initial call. The facility is very well maintained and our units are easy to access. We highly recommend All Storage if you need a climate controlled facility.

Cant say enough good things about the customer service at this facility - Jessica, Joan, and Tricia are all very helpful and knowledgeable. The facility is climate controlled and clean, and the rental rates are very fare. Very happy to have found this place - highly recommend. The only con is people who park on the wrong side and block traffic, but there is signage, and you cannot account for common sense (and the office tries to move them when they see them).

I initially signed up for the free 2 months storage, as I had planned for this to be temporary. Things havent worked out as I had planned, but the customer service has been wonderful. Jessica is quite helpful and definitely an asset to All Storage.

I signed up with a storage with fantastic customer service. The employees of this establishment is outstanding and rare to find. I got two more additional storage units and one of them was last minute because as I didn't have enough room. They made the process fast and easy, making my stress level to decrease. After I moved out of two units I totally forgot to go back and close out them out. They had notified me asking if I was done using the units. I was so happy they had notified me or else I would have gone another month having them. The place is kept very clean. I always see them cleaning somewhere and keeping a good eye on things.
I'm so happy I got a great storage units and was treated very well. Thank you!

We had to move out of our apartment quickly while the house was being built and needed a place to store our things. This is a great facility and the ladies in the office were very helpful. Smooth process for everything, except the moving part. Lol!

Although I didn't end up needing a storage unit, Jessica, Joan and Tricia were fantastic to work with. Building was very clean and had a great layout. I would definitely recommend them for your storage needs and when the time comes again that I need storage they will be the first and only place I go.

All storage made our storage needs so easy! We drove our moving truck right up to the office and said we need a unit and they signed us up so easily! Jessica is the on site manager and showed us around and had answers to all of our questions! They have great climate controlled, no lease needed units. The building is 3 stories with elevators, carts, and auto pay. Great NEW building and amities.

Best prices Ive found in the area. Convenient location off 20 and great facility. Setting up rent with my storage units has been more simple and pleasant than past experiences with other large storage companies. Jessica has been extremely helpful on multiple occasions and has kept my move from being more stressful than it has to be. Highly recommend this location.

Today was our moving day and during the process we discovered that the 2 10x20 units we rented were still not enough room. At the last minute, Jessica, Tricia and Joan quickly arranged for a 3rd unit for us while our movers continued their work. These ladies made our move stress-free and seamlessly smooth.
