I had gone through the website to get a unit and had an issue to finish reserving a unit. I called and they told me to come in and they honored the quote from online. They were great at explaining the contract and showed me every thing and listening to my questions. Over all great experience with the staff.

On moving day I realized I needed a storage that same day and I was lucky enough to find Iron Guard in Belton. I moved in as soon as I signed my contract. The process took less than 30 minutes. Plus great customer service.

Always nice and friendly even with the change of ownership and you know how it is in Belton people don't like change only thing I don't like they charge you thirty bucks if you're late but then again that's my own fault I shouldn't be late
