Have to say if youre looking for great customer service, this is the storage place for you. Ive been a long time customer & ran into a couple of snags where I had TWO employees go out of their way to help me. Thank you Heidi & Gayla (District Manager) for quickly fixing not just one issue that popped up, but Two. I had double the help & each issue was handled in a matter of minutes. Not hours but Minutes!! Youll get great treatment here. Stop looking. Iron Guard storage in Katy is your place! Thank you ladies.

Reserving the unit was easy on line. Then I followed up with the location direct to make a change to my reservation and received the coolest and nicest rep, Amber. I then scheduled to go ahead and complete the paperwork prior to moving in. When I met her in person, she was so helpful and was simply awesome. Thank you Kendahl

Staff here is friendly, the storage area feels secure and is well kept, although the monthly rate has doubled it is still a fair price compared the the other storage units in the area. Online payments, in person or over the phone makes paying the monthly fee quick and easy. Cars, trailers, campers and boats are able to be stored here.

Michael is always so nice and helpful. I feel like he cares about helping people and wants you to be happy. He's always got a smile on his face!!! I highly recommend Iron Guard for any one who needs a storage. They have the best prices out there!!!
